We are as comfortable building a new house as we are restoring one over a hundred years old. Our builders are highly experienced, some with skills built up over many years. Our standards are therefore always high. We generally employ hard-working Polish builders, giving clients the benefit of top quality work at reasonable prices, delivered with energy and professionalism. Our builders are all aware of UK building regulations and Health & Safety and are used to working with British architects and clients. We are ready to undertake all your building work on a quotation, estimate or hourly/daily rate basis. For a "one stop shop", we can adjust our prices to including materials or you can supply the materials, its entirely up to you.

A tidy job!

Of course, what matters to a good builder is getting your job finished on time and on budget and to a high standard. However, building projects often create large amounts of dust, cement, loose earth etc. Here at EcoBuildConstruct, we appreciate that this can cause big headaches for householders when working on existing properties, especially mums with kids. At the end of each working day, it is our policy to clean up properly, hoover if the project is indoors and secure the work so life can go on safely with as little disruption as possible.

We would also like to introduce our clients to the Eco-friendly Porotherm block system which we specialise in.

These are clay based blocks incorporating a good proportion of recycled materials which actually enhance the product. The blocks are extruded and contain many vertical air cavities which provide excellent insulation properties. Their joining faces are precision ground and the blocks are joined by a thin layer of high bond cement.

The advantages are numerous including faster building times resulting in a lower cost and higher quality structure for our clients. From the environmental point of view, the lightweight blocks have a low carbon footprint, requiring less fuel to bring them to site and far, far less cement. Did you know that the energy required for a cement works is so large that it is as important a factor in plant location as the actual source of limestone?!
